Bet it's the cool dark weather we have been having. Blooming epiphytes (how ever you spell that) usually require a few weeks of cool temps. in darkness just before they bloom. Mine usually bloom around January.
Oh we have tried everything over the years, the only change this year was the yelling!

Waited 10 years for these flowers. What changed? We bitched and yelled at the plant for the last month!!!! So I guess talking nice was not the key!
